Terms of service

1. The service

Gemini Subscription is an independent third-party storefront that sells 18-month Gemini Pro activation links, pre-activated Google accounts, standalone US Google accounts and verification support. This site is not Google's official website and has no affiliation, agency or authorisation relationship with Google.

We provide purchase, payment and delivery support only. Self-activation never requires a Google password, verification code or recovery code. Account products are delivered only through the protected order page.

2. Products and pricing

Product names, prices and delivery methods follow the live product listing. Prices are listed in US dollars and charged through Stripe; the checkout page shows the final amount and accepted payment methods.

If a price changes, paid orders keep the amount charged. Unpaid orders may be regenerated at the current price.

3. Ordering and delivery

• You must provide a reachable purchase email and, for self-activation, the correct Google account email to activate.
• Delivery is usually completed within minutes; busy periods queue orders in payment order.
• Order status is visible on the order page with the GS order number and purchase email.
• We may cancel and refund an order when the account cannot receive the plan or when fraud is suspected.

4. Refunds

• Orders that were never delivered, or that still failed after following our instructions, are refunded in full when eligible.
• Delivered digital products are not refundable on request. Source-listing limitations are displayed before checkout and govern what support is promised.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to charge back a delivered order without contacting support first.
• Do not use the service for fraud, resale misrepresentation or account takeover.
• Do not send passwords, verification codes or recovery codes through any channel.

6. Disclaimers

Google controls plan availability, features and account eligibility, and may change them at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a third-party account will always be eligible.

Service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version published on this page governs new orders from its effective date.
